Ashley Simpson De La Cruz, LMHC, earned her Master of Science in Counseling with a Marriage and Family and Mental Health Specialization from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Florida. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southeastern University, Lakeland, Florida. At Coastal Health, De La Cruz works with children, adolescents and adults to enhance their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. De La Cruz is certified in child-parent psychotherapy and infant mental health. She is a Certified Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, a Certified Registered Behavior Technician, a Certified Prepare/Enrich Couples Instructor and a Certified Couples Communication Instructor. De La Cruz has previously worked as an early childhood court therapist and high-risk newborn therapist with Jewish Families and Community Services in Jacksonville.
