Dr. David Levin, D.O.
David Levin, DO is a highly trained physician specializing in interventional pain management and physical medicine & rehabilitation, dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and improve overall quality of life.
Dr. Levin completed his Interventional Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Louisville, where he gained advanced training in minimally invasive procedures to treat a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions. He also completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency at the University of Louisville, where he served as Chief Resident, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to excellence in patient care and education.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida, graduating cum laude.
Dr. Levin takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on identifying the root cause of pain and developing personalized treatment plans. His clinical interests include spine-related conditions, nerve pain, musculoskeletal injuries, and advanced interventional therapies.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Levin has been actively involved in research and education, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and national presentations on topics such as spinal cord injury, chronic pain management, and innovative treatment techniques. He has also helped develop interventional pain curricula for physician training programs.
Dr. Levin is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
