Coastal Health, a multi-specialty healthcare organization headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, announces the onboarding of Gregg Taboh as their new Chief Operating Officer. Taboh is a senior healthcare operations executive with a proven track record, known for his ability to improve provider and staff engagement, achieve regulatory compliance and build company culture.
In his new role, Taboh will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day to day business operations, human resources and compliance. He will work closely with Coastal Health’s more than 80 providers and 500-plus employees across their multi-specialty divisions, which include Primary Care, Spine & Pain, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
Prior to joining Coastal Health, Taboh served as Chief Operating Officer for a national spine and pain center, where he was responsible for 14+ ambulatory surgery centers, a national pharmacy, several toxicology laboratories, clinical research, and 60 medical facilities with an annual revenue of $200+ million.

Taboh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Hartford in Connecticut. He previously served as a vice-president of sales and marketing, where he developed new product launch strategies which increased sales over 300 percent in five years.
