Coastal Health Psychiatry in Fernandina Beach will be closing, with the last day of patient care at this location being December 3, 2026.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust our patients have placed in us and for the opportunity to be part of your healthcare journey.
We would like to thank Dr. Carly Miller for her many years of dedicated service to our patients and community. Dr. Miller has made the decision to retire and spend more time with her family. We are grateful for the positive impact she has made on so many lives and wish her all the best in this next chapter.
